Equipment Description

Field of application: Carbonate and terrigenous reservoirs; wells prone to deposition of organic and inorganic sediments, including complex sediments. Cleaning of horizontal wellbore filter, clutches for interval hydraulic fracturing, colmatant screen removal in bottom hole formation zone, matrix foundation stimulation.
Characteristics: The engineering solution is based on acoustic centrifugal nozzle. The bottomhole assembly is resistant to hydrogen sulfide and acid components.

Solution comparison

Hydraulic monitor jet enhances the effectiveness of working fluids and doubles the depth of formation treatment in comparison with chemical reagent injection according to the standard technology. The radial jet produces pulsations and increases the sweep and the depth of stimulation due to the redistribution of pressure over lower and higher inter-layers. The end section flushes the bottom of the well.

Engineering design

Works performed according to the hydraulic monitor jetting technology with the use of GM-48 “Termit” are planned and optimized in production casings with nominal diameter exceeding 89 mm. They guarantee better performance and cost-efficiency in comparison with the “standard technology” of matrix formation stimulation, especially in horizontal wells, in conditions of wells with complex horizontal completion
